This is normal. The agent is not consuming much to collect information (less than 1% CPU) but is consuming a little more CPU every 5 minutes.

In most cases the collection period is 1 minute and the history period is 5 minutes.The peaks appear when the Collector is calculating the averages of the real time values for the last 5 minutes and storing those new values in the history file. This consumes a bit of processor resources but does not last for long.

Because the peak lasts for a very short time, it has no impact on the performance of the server.
