I want to create a Rule that launch uproc orsyp exactly once a year August 31 of each year, you know how can I do?

Hello,
If you are using Dollar Universe V5.3.3 or higher, you can easily define it using the "day in the month" and "month in the year" features in the Rule.
If not, try the following:
Period 12 months
Position 1 day calendar
Allow all in the "day in the week" mask
No offset
and in the Task use an Application date of Aug 31 2009 (or 2010).
