Hello,

I've tried to use new online purge, all variables were set for 30 or more days except disabled status (LAN_RET_H=001:00:00). After check I saw disabled launches of jobs for longer period. Then I tried to changed values of other variables one by one, and after I changed the value of variable LAN_RET_I disabled launches were deleted (but this variable is for aborted launches) - in log status of deleted launches is correct [H]. Version is 533 + FX24716.

Can the variable LAN_RET_I affect the purge of disabled launches?

Marek

Hello Marek,

I've not heard of such an issue before - as Dollar Access Technical Support. As far as I know, the LAN_RET_I variable should not have an impact on the purge of disabled launches.

I would recommend that you open a call at Dollar Access and provide them with the .ref file and the results of an uxtrace with options cf9.

They'll check the traces you will provide and will try to reproduce the issue.

Hello,

The issue was related to some corrupted records in the data files - linked to system crashes or full disks.

After deletion of these records, the purge is working fine :(
