Hi,

I'm encountering an issue with my universe.log (Global Control v533 + 24567 and 24584 on windows).

It reaches a size of 4Go.

I use Graphic Job Monitor and the size of the universe.log is caused by the verbosity of this application :

Is there a way to decrease verbosity of GJM in universe.log ?



Yesterday, I also encountered something strange.

One of my job was not viewable in the GJM although if it was failed.
Has someone already have such an issue ?

Hello Laurent,

this is a known issue currently handled by Technical Support & Maintenance.

In the meantime, we would recommend that you regularly delete (or rename / archive) the universe.log file.

You can delete or move this file at any time, and don't need to stop Dolalr Universe. The file will be automatically recreated.

No idea about your second issue.

Hello Laurent,

I could not get a date yet - the issue has been reproduced by Tech Support and forwarded to Maintenance.

I'll keep you posted as soon as I hear something on the fix.

Hello,

apparently patch FX24734 for V533 - which has been released yesterday and is still in Controled Availability (so be careful and install the patch on test environments first) - fixes the issue - it must be installed on the different nodes involved, including consoles.
