Hello,

we had two different cases where Dollar Universe engines had a weird behaviour:

- After installation of the $U kit, and startup of the Company, engines (The Exchangers and the Supervisor) were "looping" and went into a Mutex status (RWSCS).

- The Launcher time was one hour (or more) behind the server's time

In both cases, the issue was due to incorrect system settings for Time Zones. Once the missing settings were added and the erroneous ones updated and Dollar Universe was stopped and restarted the issue was solved.
