Hello ,
If I create a rule with the period as 1 Month and
Position in period 2 Calendar days from Beginning
Offset to None .
and days of week , days in month , month in year enabled everything.
Will it run on every 2nd of every month ?

One more confirmation , if I enable only from Monday to Friday in "days of week", then where ever the rule gets applied , it will run only from Monday till Friday.

yes
it means that if the second day of the month is saturday or sunday, it won't run
you can test your rule by creating a task and simulate it : you'll see that on october 2010 the 2nd day of the month is a saturday and the task won't run at this period
