Hello,
This Forum provides the opportunity to interact with your peers in order to solve problems and share knowledge and news about ORSYP's products and services. Members are therefore invited to exchange ideas related only to functional topics. Technical issues must be addressed with ORSYP's support team, Dollar Access, available at Customer Support .
Posts unrelated to forum topics are not allowed. Messages that do not deal with functional issues or which are posted in the wrong section will be moved or deleted as deemed appropriate by the moderator.
Regarding the functional topics addressed in this Forum, ORSYP does not offer formal support for ORSYP solutions and services. Our engineers participate in this Forum to share their advice but are not obliged to answer. The objective of the Forum is to allow users of ORSYP's products and services to network.
ORSYP User Forum offers English and French sections. However, we highly recommend that you post your messages in English. In fact, using a common language will make this forum more useful to the community. For your convenience we have added a link to "Google Translate", to help you translate your post from your native language into English. You might end up with some funny results but usually the essence of the message is understandable. You can of course add both the original version and its translation into your post.
Because of the very large French-speaking Dollar Universe user community we also decided to add a French section, but with users everywhere in the world, from Japan to South Africa, Germany, China, Poland, Tunisia, Greece and more than 30 other countries, we still strongly advise the use of English if you want to get maximum benefit from this international community.
Finally, make sure you check out the Rules and Guidelines for posting before participating on the board, as ignorance of the rules does not allow you to break them!
The Administration Team.

Hello,
Give precise information regarding the product release and patch level (eg: Dollar Universe V560 and uxversion content, Manager for SAP 4.4.1, etc.) and the Operating System. These elements are often required to provide a best solution.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Hello,
We would also recommend that you give precise information in the topic when you start a new topic.
For instance, topics like "need help" or "error message" should be avoided. Such topics should include the function or subject you want to get help on, or the exact error message you have come across.
Thank you for your cooperation.

Last but not least, once a solution or workaround has been suggested, please take the time to provide some feedback.
This is simply polite and always appreciated by the members who are helping you solve your issue AND helps the rest of the community as a fellow member may be facing the same question / issue.
Members who after asking questions get answers but do not provide feedback may be suspended or banned from the forum.

Be also sure that if you post a new question in an existing thread it is linked indeed to the original topic.
Otherwise create a new thread, it will be easier for everyone when searching for information.

Put yourself in the shoes of someone who will read your post and will try to help you. Your post must be an understandable comprehensive description of the challenge you are facing. So, do not hesitate to explain what you have already tried to solve your problem, which leads you are following, don't wait for others to do YOUR job.
Remember that fellow members have a job, and that they can rarely spend hours explaining with all details what you should do. For simple matters, they will be able to help you with all relevant information, but for more complex matters they'll give you the idea to help you build your solution. They may make reference of an ORSYP product documentation, provide a link to a web page for more information on a subject or a third-party download or manual (Java, Powershell, ERP, system library, etc.), but as a professional, you are expected to read these documentations and pages to get control over the topic you are dealing with.
