is there a way to schedule a job the 2nd Monday of each month?

Hi Bubble,

yes there is :

the 2nd Monday of the Month will never occur before the 8th (and after the 14th).

So create a Rule with these characteristics:

Period: 1 Month
Position in period: 8 calendar days form the beginning
week authorization: Allow only Mondays, block all the rest and set the offset to next.
