Subscribing to forums and tracking topics, Get informed of new topics and new replies to existing topics Options

Dear all,

the best way to get updated when a new topic is created or when a reply is made to an existing topic is to:

- suscribe to forums / sub-forums

- track topics.

To subscribe to forums, go to the forum / sub-forum of your choice and click on the "Forum Options" button, then on "Subscribe to this forum" and choose the type of subscription you are interested in (eg: delayed email notification, immediate email notification etc.). Any new topic creation in the forum / sub-forum in question will trigger the "alarm" you have selected in your subscription.

To track topics, go to the topic of your choice and click on the "Options" button, then on "Track this topic" and choose the type of tracking you are interested in (eg: delayed email notification, immediate email notification etc.). Any new post in the topic in question will trigger the "alarm" you have selected in your tracking.

Hello,

If you want to automatically subscribe to a topic that you have created or replied to, just do the following:

Click on the link "My Controls" to access the Control Panel

In the "Options" list, click on "Email settings"

Then tick the box to enable 'Email Notification' by default and choose the type of notification you want (immediate, delayed, daily or weekly digest).

And you are all set
