Hello,
I need to create a task with the following rule:
execution the 3th of every month if it's a business day then offset to the 4th regardless if the 4th is a business day or not.
Note that I am under Dollar Universe 5.1.3

Hello,
You will have to go through a "technical" job/Task.
You can for instance schedule this Task on the 3rd of the Month. Its script includes a check on the type of the current day (working day or not, you can use the uxdat binary for this) and then create a launch (via uxadd Fla or even a uxupd TSK) or trigger (via uxordre) the "real" job on this same day or the next day.
